Audi India has officially opened bookings for the 2025 Audi Q7, which is set to make its debut on November 28, 2024. Priced starting at Rs. 2 lakh for the initial booking amount, the luxury SUV will be locally assembled at Audi’s plant in Aurangabad. The facelifted model brings a host of updates, both inside and out.
On the exterior, the 2025 Q7 receives a refreshed look with a new hexagonal grille featuring bold chrome accents, along with redesigned LED Daytime Running Lights (DRLs) and LED headlights borrowed from the Q6 e-tron. The tail lamps have also been updated with new lighting signatures. The global markets will offer five exterior color options: Sakhir Gold, Waitomo Blue, Mythos Black, Samurai Grey, and Glacier White. Inside, buyers can choose between two trim options—Cedar Brown and Saiga Beige.
The interior also benefits from technology updates, including a new touchscreen infotainment system and a revamped virtual cockpit with a lane change warning system. While the equipment list largely mirrors the previous model, these updates enhance the overall driving experience.
Interior Design and Top Speed
Under the hood, the 2025 Audi Q7 continues to be powered by the same 3.0L V6 turbocharged petrol engine, which delivers 340 horsepower and 500 Nm of torque. The engine is paired with Audi’s Quattro all-wheel-drive system, ensuring all four wheels receive power. Performance figures remain impressive, with the Q7 capable of accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in just 5.6 seconds, while the top speed is limited to 250 km/h.
Audi is expected to raise the price slightly compared to the outgoing model, and the 2025 Q7 will continue to compete against rivals like the Mercedes-Benz GLE, BMW X5, and Volvo XC90 in the luxury SUV segment. With numerous new offerings in both the internal combustion and electric vehicle segments, it will be interesting to see how the luxury SUV market evolves in 2025.
